Welcome to blog about weight loss and healthy living. My name is Jakub, but most of my friends call me “Kuba“, which is like a nickname. I currently live in the Czech Republic, which is located in the middle of Europe. I suppose most of you just hear the name of this country for the first time :-).
Why I decided to write about weight loss and healthy life? I have always been extremely interested in this area. I started to play competitive tennis when I was eight years old and finished at sixteen for no reason. After two years of inactivity I gained 15 kg (33 pounds) of weight. I could no longer just sit at home and do nothing, so I slowly began to be interested in fitness and healthy eating. This area fascinated me so much that I decided to try regional fitness contest. I successfully participated after three years of hard work on my body and a huge amount of hours spent in the gym. I am still interested in fitness but not at contest level. I just like exercise and healthy eating because I want to be fit for the rest of my life.
I’ve racked up an incredible amount of experience on the correct diet and exercise over the years. And that’s why I started writing this blog. There are two pillars for success in healthy weight loss and keeping in shape – a balanced diet and exercise. One without the other will not work in the long term.
I started this site because I want to help people learn how to lose weight healthily and naturally. I believe that all of us can make it.
